哥伦比亚使馆通告，哥伦比亚驻沪总领馆现已开办领事认证业务。即日起，凡是江浙皖沪闽赣六省出具的送往该国的文件，均需送驻沪总领馆办-理认证，北京大使馆不再受理。望广大企业遵照执行。
领事认证相关注意事项
1. 由于办-理领事认证的时间相对较长，有需求的企业一定要尽量提早前来办-理，以争取工作上的主动。
2.哥伦比亚使馆要求授权书必须和营业执照一起认证。
3.菲律宾、泰国、委内瑞拉、土耳其、古巴使馆要求所有文件要一式两份，其中一份供使馆留底。如：送办土耳其country的文件，在份数栏内应填“2”份，申办公司收到为“1”份，另1份由土耳其使馆留底保存。
4. 巴基斯坦、黎巴嫩、印度、新加坡、卡塔尔使馆要求提供英文的目的使用说明。

Colombian Consulate General in Shanghai Launches ConsularAuthentication Service
The Colombian Embassy has announced that the ColombianConsulate General in Shanghai has now started consularcertification services. From now on, all documents issued by thesix provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shanghai, Fujian andJiangxi must be sent to the Consulate General in Shanghai forcertification, and the Beijing Embassy will no longer accept them.Hope that the majority of enterprises will comply with theimplementation.
Precautions related to consular certification
1. Since the consular certification process takes a relativelylong time, companies in need must do so as early as possible inorder to gain work initiative.
2. The Colombian Embassy requires the authorization letter to beauthenticated together with the business license.
3. The embassies of the Philippines, Thailand, Venezuela,Turkey, and Cuba require all documents to be in duplicate, one ofwhich shall be kept by the embassy. For example, for documents sentto the Turkish country, "2" should be filled in the number ofcopies column. The applicant company received "1", and the otherone should be kept by the Turkish embassy.
4. The embassies of Pakistan, Lebanon, India, Singapore, andQatar require instructions for use in English.
